Hello everyone,
This is the Kubba. It's very popular meal in Syria. It consist of groats milled with salt, pepper, chickens meat and onion. After we milled this components we formed like in the picture and fill it with cooked meat and nuts. The kubba can be putted in the stove, or in frying pan, or it can be grilled like in this photo. Any way it tests very well and I hope you like it.
