In a restaurant at the Northern Azraq Oasis a steaming Maqluba ist finished by adding some peanuts on the top.
The Maqluba is a Middle Eastern casserole of rice, egg-plants, some meat and various other vegetables.
After cooking the casserole is 'turned upside-down' (that's the meaning of the word 'Maqluba')

Hallo Roland!
Ein tolles Foto! Richtige "action" und zwei konzentriert arbeitende Köche. Dank der technischen Qualität des Bildes und der Nähe zum Geschehen meint man fast, dabei zu sein - nur der Duft fehlt. Ein irgendwie faszinierendes Foto!
