In a restaurant at the Northern Azraq Oasis a steaming Maqluba ist finished by adding some peanuts on the top.
The Maqluba is a Middle Eastern casserole of rice, egg-plants, some meat and various other vegetables.
After cooking the casserole is 'turned upside-down' (that's the meaning of the word 'Maqluba')
