Photographer's Note

The amount of tea that I've had during my visit in Iraq was enormous. However I got so used to it, that now I miss it every day. I miss it a lot. After the breakfast, after dinner or just during a talk with people, there is tea - "czai" on the table. In Iraq people usually serve it in small cups, with 2 teaspoons of sugar in it. However if You do not like it sweet, You can always use a spoon to take the sugar out as it often lies on the bottom. The tea is very strong and I've noticed that not many people drink coffee in this region but that seems to be because of the tea strength.
