The tow little girls were visiting the shrines in the Holy City of Qom together with their families and hundreds of other pilgrims. It was lucky for me that both girls were wearing blue and so complemented the harmony in the tile work.

Indeed, the girls' attire make them look as if they were a part of the surrounding architecture. I like the way they stand out on a darker background of the adults' clothes.

Dobro vece, kod mene podne.
Sinoc je pao prvi sneg, sada duva jak vetar i hladno je sa temperaturom ispod nule C stepeni.
Lep pogled na ulaz u svetiliste ...
Dobar trenutak snimka i kontrast, lepo pokazana fasada sa lepim detaljima i trenutak sa posetiocima koji dolaze.
Lepa fasada i detalji.
Prijatno vece i sve najbolje za docek.

this closer view of the shrine entrance enables us to view very clearly it`s fascinating colours and intricate designs.

This little girl has the photographer seen, and she is not photogenic or provocation to the photographer.
But the arches and the building are wonderful photographed.
Composition and presentation with colours together make your picture attractive.

Strange if you preferred rome to iran, i think it would put you into a dilemma. which would feed your senses more ?

i like the use of the little girl, but just too many people you know at these places, would i wait for a woman robed in black with her daughter ? probably yeah :) Less is always good. having said that i would prefer a higher 'f' ;)

A gorgeous display of architectural detail, light and some rich contrasting and coincidental colours with wonderful people interaction. The effect of wide shooting angle is impressive with good deal of space at the top which nicely balanced by the fg detail and lovely the way the wide open entrance guides us deeper inside without losing detail in shadowed areas. Your dof and pleasant exposure control are just superb definitely a sound basis for a whole capture. Appealing to look at & Quality all the way!!

The architecture and the clothes really situate us. I like the colours and the composition with the people so well placed going inside, the girls make such a nice contrast with their mothers. There's always so much to see in such places!

ho avuto la fortuna nel 1972, durante un mio avventuroso viaggio in Medio Oriente, di visitare questo santuario e ho ancora vivo il ricordo dei portici pieni di pellegrini e la ricchezza dell'interno che mi lasciт stupefatto.
All'epoca perт, non solo il santuario era di difficile accesso, ma la stessa cittа era interdetta ai non musulmani. Meno che mai era possibile scattare fotografie al suo ingresso.
Ora i tempi sembrano essere cambiati e ti и stato possibile fotografare questo grandioso esempio di arte musulmana nel quale l'azzurro delle piastrette si confonde con quello del cielo nel quale svezzano le cupole d'oro.
Complimenti per la bella ripresa e per lo spunto fotografico.

amazing these details in the roof, interesting how Islamic art is very different in places like morocco, turkey and iran and, at same time, there is the same trail. very nice use of personages here. while in morocco I had troubles taking images with people, many hate portraits.
