Welcome to trekearth. And what a beauty of a photo, I love black and white and it suits this scene so well. Combined with the long exposure that has created these star bursts of the street lights and the lines of traffic, it makes a very unique and appealing image. Really nicely done, I look forward to seeing more of your work.
