Photographer's Note
``Tae`zie``is one of the old form of Iranian theater that it say at this time stories about history of Islam innocents after holy prophet Mohammad.
most of these stories are about history of third emam of shi`et ``Emam Hosien``.
this is the story of his last war against his government. this theatre perform during the annual of that event every year at the first month of lunar calendar Arabs called it ``Moharam``.
we had this theater that it all the time about passions of prophets before Islam and we performed it for ``Seyavoush ``dead.he was a mythology young hero who was victim of a conspiracy.
one of the interesting feature of this theater, that it usual in some eastern old theaters, is the actors do not become so more close to their rolls.and play himself some times.Bertolt Brecht used this feature in his theater to prevent spectators sympathy with rolls and let audiences to know ``this is theater``.
in this photo you can see the bad man(red one)was crying for Emam(green one)`s passion, because before his roll,he is a muslim.
