there are many photo's of Durham Cathedral but i have not seen any posted of this view.
this stunning building can be seen from miles away as it was built on top of one of the highest points in Durham next to the castle.
The shot was taken from the back of the students union building standing on top of a wall, needs must when taking a photo.

easy to see why you'd want to shoot this building.
Cathedral's are fantastic subjects to photograph.

I notice a bit of ghosting along the edges but thats just the tough lighting conditions you were facing at the time.

nice to have the trees along the bottom to break up the color.
