A shot from last weekend outing of the bridges across the Tyne. it was taken from the same spot as a previous posting just zoomed in a bit.
there has been some post processing just to pull through some more of the detail.

Hi Chris,
Eye catching picture and it looks like a giant eye too. If it weren't for the familiar architecture this could be a scene from Mordor, I live these deep malevolent tones in the sky. This is a really cool photo, Cheers

Nature has painted some very attractive colors over the river Tyne here with the impressive bridge taking deservedly center stage here. The reflection in the silky water is simply gorgeous.
Though I can spot some dust spots in the sky, a sure sign of dust on your camera's sensor.

HI Chris

This is a sensational photo. It has virtually everything you could hope for in a successful photo: superb sharpness, amazing light-play, symmetry and flawless exposure. I hope you don't think that I'm nit-picking, but a photo of this high calibre is let down by the few dust spots in the sky near the bridge arch. Easily fixed by either the Clone Tool or the Spot Healing Tool in Photoshop. I'll do a Workshop as the OCD in me needs to see this sublime photo with no dust :)
