Un petit tour а Londres, avec Big Ben et le pont de Westminster.
J'ai beaucoup aimй ce contraste entre le noir et blanc de cette ville chargйe d'histoire et cette couleur rouge des fameux bus а impиriale, connus dans le Monde entier.

A small round in London, with Big Ben and the bridge of Westminster.
I liked much this contrast between the black and white of this city charged d' history and this red color of the famous buses to imperial, known in the Whole world.

Hi Eric,
I went often over this bridge, London is my favourite city in Europe.
I like the contrasts between light and shades and surely the red spot of the bus;-))

C'est une vue classique mais toujours belle quand la photo a une qualitй excellent, comme c'est ce cas-ci!
Le point de vue bas, le noir & blanc pour la photo et le rouge qui ressorte de l'autobus, la gestion de la lumiиre et le niveau de la nettetй sont superbes!

Je ne suis pas forcйment trиs fan des dйsaturations partielles mais j'avoue qu'ici le rйsultat me plait beaucoup, ce bus rouge pйtant ressortant superbement sur ce ciel que le noir et blanc rend encore plus beau.

Lovely treatment and I must say visually very attractive. I also like the fact that you incorporated
the two icons of London in one composition and the double-deckker moving into the frame is another plus while being the attention catcher at the same time. Great shot!!!

I see lot of black and white :) very nice pp and it certainly served as a wonderful anchor point for our vision. the back light make it hard but your did very well, I love the contrast of the bridge.

Hello Eric,

A great pov across the bridge to the Houses of Parliament, keeping the thirds ratio nicely under control. The red bus, that great icon of London, is strongly positioned in the frame, helping to transport the viewer into the shoy.

Je ne suis pas particuliиrement fan de ces photos en noir et blanc oщ subsiste un йlйment colorй, mais je dois bien avouer qu'ici зa fonctionne parfaitement. En effet, la ville n'est pas le sujet principal et le noir et blanc permet de la mettre au second plan, tandis que le bus ressort idйalement. L'impression n'aurait pas du tout йtй la mкme avec l'image entiиrement en couleur ou entiиrement en noir et blanc.
C'est maоtrisй et trиs net. Et puis cela change de tes autres photos aux couleurs toujours si sensationnelles.

Hi Gesbere,

Your photos are full of life and colour. Your framing and timing in this photos is spot on. If the bus had been slightly to the right it would have been out of place.

Well done on getting the balance right. I also like the coloured effect on the bus - really helps the image stand out

Desaturation selective ou l'inverse? La qualitй du N&B est extraordinaire, aussi bien au niveau lumiиre que contraste. J'aime bien le POV qui nous dirige tout droit vers Big Ben et puis ce bus rouge qui tranche sur le pont. J'adore.
