This is a picture of a New York saxophonist who was performing at the Brecon Jazz festival,his name is Rudresh Mahanthappa a free wheeling firebreathing progressive sax man making a big name for himself in the jazz world,Its nice to get pics of these guys before they get famous as when they make the big time photograhy is generally not permitted.

Great close-up David, were you close or were you using a telephoto lens?

The shot has excellent detail and you can almost hear the music.
