Photographer's Note

George Street is one of the major streets in the centre of Edinburgh. It was designed as part of James Craig's plan for the New Town. George Street was named in honour of King George III. The street links Charlotte Square with St. Andrew's Square and is the site of several notable buildings. Nowadays George Street is primarily a commercial zone, with many trendy shops, boutiques, cafes, bars and nightclubs.
