the reflection of the buildings in the water is excellent. Personnally I would have cropped the image to get rid of the over-exposed left side. I did a ws, hope you don't mind.

Welsomce! Good image of an intriguing scene!

The highlights are a little too hot and the shadows are plugged-up (loss of detail). The incandescent ligths put a very strong red-orange color caste over the image.
