Another in the Adams building series,this is what the brass eye was pointed to (thank you Bente for the idea of what to look for).
It is a relief picture of the adams building that the spiral stairs are in, it is one of a series of 3D pictures put by nottingham city tourist people round the city to be read by anybody inclueding people with sight problems, the idea being that the picture can be felt to give an idea of what it looks like, with the title in both large relief type and braille.
Adjustments to picture,
lighten levels a bit.
