You've got all the makings of a great shot here, the only problem is the overall blahness of the image. What I think would really make the image pop is if you lighten the rocks and the cliff in front and make the clouds in behind a little more contrasty. Also, take out those little bright things in the centre at the bottom and on the lower right. It's not clear what they are and they pull our attention from the rest of the photo...
