A pleasant shot in the category of minimalism. Theo colors and sharpness are of high quality. So is the light. It's difficult to see if the sea is frozen or if you just used long expo-time. But the effect is great. I like the composition with the center axis.

This type images get we not everyday to see with a frozen bridge, very well picture.
Also the photographer shall very cold had have on this moment
Excellent perspective and depth picture.
But your picture is very well made with a high quality and sharpness.
