The Jameos del Agua is located in the municipality of Haria, northeast of the island of Lanzarote on the road between Guatiza and Orzola
Los Jameos del Agua, a cave is a natural lake inside a volcanic rock tunnel created by the eruption of the volcano La Corona and is a unique geological formation caused by the filtration of water through the rock that is below sea level and created the inside a cave with a natural lake water incredibly clear, houses more than a dozen endemic species of great scientific interest, including the famous crabs. Kind of blind crabs and rare in the world.
The space is divided into three zones, "Jameo small" takes place where access to the interior, the "Great Jameo" where the lake and the output is on a higher floor "Jameo de la Cazuela" with lush greenery, one pool and an auditorium within a volcanic cave.
