Photographer's Note
On a recent holiday to Spain, we saw many cities including Cordoba. In many of the cities in south-eastern Spain, the Arabic/Moorish influence in architecture is strong. A number of the old mosques, however, have been converted to Christian cathedrals. This picture was from such a place. The detail in some of the areas of the cathedral is unbelievable. This is a very ornate section of ceiling that is illuminated by the roof-level windows.
I got down toward the floor and shot up, approximating the view and resting the edge of the camera on the floor (believe it or not!) - I did need to rotate the image 2 or 3 degrees and crop, however...

Belle prise de vue. Il n'est pas facile de réaliser une bonne photo à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment tel que celui-ci.

Very beautiful ceiling with nice colours and you did well to get such a good part of the ceiling in by placing your camera right on the ground. I noticed that you only posted this at about 70kb, and wonder why you made it so small. I have done a workshop, which I have to post tomorrow as my limit has already been reached today. I have increased the size to about 186 kb which is within the limits to upload and added a little contrast.

I understand your idea (shoting wide angle) of getting as much details as possible from this beautiful cathedral.
Besides perfect composition, the colours are that I admire. One can't get a good close-up of all these details on the ceiling without a good telephoto lens and a tripod.
Yes, I WOULD like to see more details here, but even as it is - it gives me pleasure looking at.
Well done, Ken!
