Photographer's Note

Now in Jerez we are in the "Mosto" season. "Mosto" means the grape juice from the last September harvest. In fact it is a young wine, since the sugar content of the juice has become alcohol. In the countryside around Jerez, but mainly in the vines growing areas, there are many country houses where pleople can go to drink this young wine, which is usullay accompanied with typical dishes made by the mother of the family who live in the house. Those places are not sophisticated restaurants, but just rural places where enjoy an "ajo campero" or "berza" or may be an "menudo" dished called traditional cuisine of spoon. It is a very nice experience to go to those places a sunny day and enjoy a glass of "mosto" with any of these dishes and spend the time talking with the friends without any hurry.

This picture is specially dedicated to my frienda and TE member Angel Cornejo, a lover of our traditions.
