Photographer's Note
Cádiz is a city and port in southwestern Spain. It is the capital of the province of the same name, a province which is one of the eight comprising the autonomous community of Andalusia.
Cádiz, the oldest continuously-inhabited city in western Europe, has been a principal home port of the Spanish Navy since the accession of the Spanish Bourbons in the 18th century. /wikipedia/
I would say, that Cadiz was my first contact with the ocean and of course I see a fisherman, fishin in the same style, like they do everywhere in the world each day. In rivers, lakes, seas.. but cookie for this fisherman, as he is the first I see fishin' in the ocean.

Hey, pal! This is ocean at a mediocre appearance (more or less). But nonetheless, there are plenty fish i'm sure! And the place is also kind of neat for such a hobby (maybe profession) as fishing.
It would look like old fashioned photo at its best (because of these blocks alike in Pharos lighthouse, which were used for building ancient monumental structures), if there weren't those modern buildings further ashore, but I can't blame You that Cadiz didn't expand full throttle centuries ago. So, you've got your maximum out of these circumstances.
P.S. Wish there was a boat to shoot from :)
