Photo of a couple of years ago. Through hard Covid times, and travel bans, taking a look back at idyllic visited locations sparks mixed feelings. For one, as gloomy as in this image. Dull albeit beautiful.

Hi Ant,
It's a beautifully composed photo, and the cloudy sky does not detract from it. The tree branch in the foreground blocks much of the sky and takes our attention away from it. The main focus of the photo, the castle on the island, is lit by the sun so it stands out all the better against the dark sky.
