Photographer's Note

The Church is situated in the Plata Sfatului.
This monument of the Romanian architecture was built in 1895 on the model of the Greek Church in Vienna.
The tower built in Byzantine style over the parish house was destroyed by the earthquake in 1940.
In 1972, following restoration works, it regained its initial appearance.

Maurizio,
Great shot of this colorful town square. The angle of the shot works well creating depth and direction. The lighting and colors are fine and the photo has excellent sharpness. The deep blue sky provides nice contrast for the colorful buildings.

Splendide architetture, fantastici i colori degli edifici. Che bel posto! Ha un aspetto cosм sereno! Quanto alla pavimentazione... Spero che tu non sia troppo giovane per ricordare quando da bambini si giocava a" Un-due-tre..stella!" Quella pavimentazione sarebbe assolutamente perfetta...i bambini di oggi giocano con i computer. Wonderful colors and a really nice composition showing everyday life in the city. The saturation level in particular stands out to me, with the colors being vibrant but not oversaturated.
