Photographer's Note
Hi, again, my TE friends!
The Royal Mafra Convent, contains in his façade very interesting details, from which I bring to you, today, a sample. In my opinion, this is one of the most interesting architectural details of that façade. In WS I put another of that details.
As I’ve said on other notes, Royal Mafra Convent, located 47km from Lisbon, in Mafra, it was constructed by order of Dom João V, under the supervision of a german goldsmith, João Frederico Ludovice, who studied architecture in Italy, and gave classical Baroque aspect with germain influencies to this beautiful palace.
Have a nice weekend, and enjoy this shot my friends!

Hi Rosa
Nice framing and balance in this picture of the convent facade. The symmetry is good and nicely balanced. The detail is well rendered from the carvings and the pale blue sky adds to the colour scheme. Nice effort.

Nice symmetry in this shot which is nice and sharp allowing us to see good detail. I would, however, be tempted to boost the saturation of the colours a little, as they appear slightly flat ... but this is a personal thing and not to everyone's liking. I've posted a WS.
Best wishes

Boa!
Um beijinho,
Ricardo
