Photographer's Note

A view along the River Tagus captured close to Praзa do Comйrcio in central Lisbon. In the distance can be seen the red outline of 25th of April Bridge. On the hill to the left stands Lisbon's answer to Rio de Janeiro's massive statue of Christ the King.

C'est comme si cette plage йtait protйgйe contre les invasions en provenance de la terre ferme par un йpais mur de ciment. On constate que quelques uns ont rйussi а le sauter.

Quite a peaceful beachscape with the eyes spread deep into the frame, excellent lead in line and use of perspective. Inclusion of the visitors in the scene add life to your shot, clinched by brilliant colour and contrast to blue water and sky. A fine standout shot, Congrats.

The absence of bathers suggests that the tides can be dangerous here. From memory the water looked clean enough. Nice warm cold color contrasts with good sharpness. Tfs!
