Good use of the stairs as a lead-in, to the image. I like the texture in the stonwork. Perhaps I'd burn the highlights a little? Good work!

Merci Carlos.

Nicely observed architectural detail, and well composed with the steps leading through the shot. As Stephen points out though, the steps a touch OE, a pity you couldn't have done a little PP on them.

Bom Dia Carlos, a place that would certainly have a lot to tell us, I like here how the stairs and the open garage door are inviting to step in and discover this past. The overexposed stairs could possibly be reduced using the dark/clear tones function in Photoshop.

Otimo trabalho Carlos.
Saudações.

You made a beautiful still life from this charming village scene, Spoony. The faded textures on the stone wall and the doors/windows are very well rendered in good contrast. The greenery and plants add charming dashes of color, and the opened door even contributes a sense of mystery ;-) Well done, I hope you have more.

You are very good to find such place and now I will imagine that Portugal is full of abandonned houses...;) Great composition with the stairs in the foreground!

This is a very nice and quaint scene. The colors are really good here, especially the blue and green and the red. They sort of act as anchors to move between. And the blue and green really stands out really well against the stone. THe textures are excellent so rough as they are. The stairs are appear overexposed. Perhaps burning them in photoshop might improve that. BUt you have gotten a really nice flow again, from door to door. It really loops me around this nice corner here.

Surely a place which seems to be left by its own for years - thanks Carlos for sharing this rough architecture.

Hi Carlos
Well seen details in this close up of the old village. The stairs maybe a bit overexposed, still a well made overall expression. Anyway made a little ws - see if you like it

Very interesting. At first it looks desolate and empty, but then I see flowerpots with flowers on the steps. Do people live here? I like the dark opening to the basement, but the steps in front are a little overexposed, aren't they?

Another very fine capture, Carlos! Your light and exposure really bring out the texture of the rock. I really enjoy how the steps are highlighted, too.

Love those kind of old places and details. Perhaps a little oversxposed, but lovely picture.

WOw - almost looks like a painting. Very nice composition! Perhaps the color of the stairs can be made a bit less blindingly white? But the door and window are absolutely gorgeous - the texture is so clear and crisp. Nice job!

I really like this kind of composition with old stone walls and old woody doors with beautiful textures. It's a little pity that the stairs are overexposed, but the whole result stays very nice. Thanks for sharing !
