Fire on the snow, a photo from Guarda, North

Incredible!!! I saw a fire on the snow. You can ask how this is possible... it is not! ;)))
What causes this strange effect is the color of clouds almost beating on the floor. The firemen car helps complete my idea... ;)

I think it is curious, so I decided to share.

Very good idea, well made ! Your picture would have benn nice without the firemen car, but with it it's better. I like !

Wow - an amazing capture - I beleive you - in fact did I saw the same effect in Austia in Februar and tried to capture it, but alas, without very much luck - thanks Carlos for sharing this great combination of nature and man made machine/roads.

Yes Carlos, incredible picture with the snow and the red sky, because of fog can the red colours also beautiful its. Lovely depth and nice composition, great image now.

I too could not pass by the sight this pink weight with not clear of is far outlines, like anything especial, but the invisible flame has created excellent effect of a smoke on a background of the sky. I join to congratulations !

That's an excellent shot Carlos ! The colors are absolutely wonderful and contrast between sky and snow is great.

Composition is also very good. The break point drawed by the curves of the road is nice.

Very good return into the "road" genre, Spoony. I like the high contrasts in this one and the stunning play of color and light unfolding in the sky, and above the layer of fresh snow. And, finally, a road scene with a vehicle in it - the oncoming headlights of the fire truck are a nice detail, too. Very good one.

Another wonderful road shot. This time with some traffic to bring our attention toward that sky. And the traffic is headed this way which seems to suggest escaping from the wild fire. It's so impressive against the dark road and the snow. And though it is warm it still has a chilly feel like the snow, giving a real winter scene. Like a frozen fire. With a nice fluid movement with the wispiness of the clouds. Nicely done. YOu should start a theme to collect all your road photos into one place, Carlos.

Bom Dia Carlos, interesting view here, it seems the firemen are driving away from the "fire", the rosa tones are very pleasant to the eye and the perspective traced by the road as well as the bottom up view add to a nice composition.
