Photographer's Note

Storks, water birds with long beak, neck and legs.
Very usual in Alentejo, south of Portugal.
They build its nest on the tops of high buildings.

Des cigognes en hiver ? c'est rare de les voir en Europe au mois de janvier.
Cependant la composition est parfaite et la nettetй est apprйciable.

Storks in winter? it is rare to see them in Europe in January. However the composition is perfect and clearness is appreciable.

Beautiful birds. What a nice and clear shot.
I like the colours of the black and white bird and the red beak. Very nice.

This is a lovely clear shot, Sofia. Good detail. The colours are excellent, especially on the beaks. Well framed.

I love this shot Sofia, it's really clear and perfectly framed. For me, it's a really typical shot from Portugal, since I have visited the Algarve many times and always have memories of the Storks building their nests on top of the disused tall factory chimneys.
