It is located in the municipality of Sintra, it is a popular beach for surfers and bodyboarders - At the north end of the beach there is a huge salt water swimming pool, about 100 meters long, belonging to the Hotel das Arribas - Nas Arribas from the beach you can see a deposit of eleven dinosaur tracks.
