The Ginjinha of the Plaza of S. Domingos, property of Gallego of Espinheira name, was the first establishment in Lisbon to commercialize the drink that gives the name to it, and that quickly it was changedded into a formerones of the city. The business is at this moment in the hands of the fifth generation. Currently, "the Ginjinha" is the only exporter for the market of the U.S.A. The production of the Ginjinha patrol the 150 a thousand liters per year.
