Photographer's Note
“Jardim de Pedra” or “Garden of Stone” is found in a hidden beach of peniche. I saw this spot from an upper place and thought: - I got to take this picture.
The problem was that the sea was high and I couldn’t get through. I waited by the next day and return near 4pm and low Tide. Grab the camera and with water by my waist I finally saw this amazing spot. The sun was very high and reflected almost in a direct line to the rocks, simply amazing.

Gorgeous scenic vista. The bright green contrasts nicely with the browns and greys. The the weathered stones also add variety of texture. Well done.

Hello Samuel,
Welcome to Trek Earth. This is a great first photo. Your point of view is perfect - it gives the viewer a perspective as actually being there. The deep green color of the moss on the rocks is incredible.

Nice shot! I like the near/far contrast of this, with the rocks in the foreground showing lots of detail. Nice contrast between the colour of moss on the rocks and the rest of the grey rocks. Well done, and welcome to TE!

I gostei da sua foto mas acho que um corte maior nas montanhas cairia bem

Hi SAmuel,
I love the stark contrast between foreground and background...in fact I think the foreground could have stood on its own ... it's got great texture and colour. A great start to TE. Welcome.

Great shot here. Very good POV and depth. Very nice greens contrast nicely, I only wish for a slightly wider angle to include a little more of that blue sky. Either way nicely done.

This contrast, the rough rocks and the green, wet stones, that's nice, also the low POV, a fantastic foreground in this way, good shot, Samuel !

Hi Samuel
Very interesting and effectful this compo with the very low POV and details of the foreground. Excellent result and good idea to use the low tide for such a special and effective result. Very good..
