Visiting the castle continues ...

Јancut Castle is a complex of historical buildings located in Lancut, Poland. Historically the residence of the Pilecki, Lubomirski and Potocki families, the complex includes a number of buildings and is surrounded by a park.

The castle is one of Poland's official national Historic Monuments (Pomnik historii), as designated September 1, 2005, and tracked by the National Heritage Board of Poland.

Owners
In the second half of 14th century, the land was the property of the Toporczyk family, who built a wooden castle on the hill. In the 16th century the castle belonged to Stadnicki family. Since the 17th century the property was in the hands of the Lubomirski family, and then the Potocki family until 1944.

Witaj Krzysztof,
I like the point of view and the use of the mirror to provide a reflection of the sculpture and a glimpse of the visitors in the background. Good management of the rather difficult lighting conditions with excellent colours and sharpness.

You have used an excellent technique, with the mirror, to capture the sculpture in its entirety as well as creating a wonderful sense of depth.
The sculpture is pin sharp and stands out superbly against the b/g.

I like the reflection on the mirror. The point of view is showing the details of the sculpture. There is a good contrast between the colors of the picture. Have a nice day.

C'est plaisant car en plus de voir l'original de face on peut voir son reflet dans le miroir mais de dos et ceci sans voir le photographe а l'oeuvre.

czesc Krzysztof,
bardzo mi sie podobaja rzezby z bialego marmuru. Rodin robi takie bardzo zmyslowe.
Piekna praca rowniez tutaj. Swietny pomysl z lustrem widzimy rzezbe z przodu i z tylu. Super zblizenie, doskonala jakosc.
Bylem tylko troche zaskoczony jak wybrales location. Najpierw pomyslalem ze to Lancut potem dla upewnienia sie popatrzylem i widze ze to Ostrow Wielkopolski, potem znowu w notce jest o Lancucie i wreszcie zauwazylem ze ten Ostrow Wielkopolski jest w Podkarpackiem :)
