A fine composition of these colourful and attractive tenement buildings. I like the lively atmosphere with all these people hurrying by and the pavements glistening after the rain. Very good light and pleasant saturated colours; excellent sharpness. Thanks for sharing.

This is a fine shot of this line of colorful buildings. The people in the foreground create a nice sense of scale for the shot. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has fine sharpness. The deep blue sky provides nice contrast for the scene.

Tak właśnie kojarzy mi się Gdańsk: z kolorem, rуżnorodnością, bogatymi fasadami kamienic i latem lub jego okolicami.Dobry portret miasta.

I have to agree with Smarcell, in that the colours are a bit too exagerated. sometimes we do that to create a visual effect diliberately for greater impact, maybe thats what you were doing here?
otherwise, i love the composition, as the buildings are flat facing us, upfront and centre. all the windows and colours are strongly displayed.
the wet street also adds a nice touch of shimmering light.

dobro jutro Aleksander
odlične barvne hiљe, kakor iz pravljice. poklon za ostrino in lepe detajle. lepi in dobri so barvni kontrasti. pogosto se dogaja, da hodimo po svojem mestu in ga ne vidimo. ko pa človek hodi z objektivom vidi več. TFS! čestitam!!

Hi Aleksander,

It feels like your Gdansk shots are in a clear chronological order and there is an 'as the rain clears' feel to them. This one shows more diffuce light than the prvious and works very nicely in series with them. great stuff, and for me my previous mind's-eye view of Gdansk was gritty, b&W, photojournalistic, dockside shots of Lech Walesa in his early Solidarnosk days - so it is nice to see another side of what is clearly a beautiful city.

Czesc Aleksander,
to jest miasto z potencjalem, jak zaluje ze nie mieszkam w jakims pieknym fotogenicznym miescie.
Te kamienniczki sa tak urokliwe, niesamowite kolory, skromna a jednak przyjemna architektura. Bardzo ciekawie prezentuja sie w tym dopasowanym kadrze, trudno od nich oderwac wzrok. Mokra posadzka jest na tyle ciekawa dostarczajac refleksow ze nawet mogles wziac jej jeszcze wiecej.
