Rusinowa glade, a photo from Malopolskie, East

Photographer's Note

Picture made in April 2008 during sunsetting on Rusinowa glade. This is place with one of the prettiest views on High Tatra tops what I know.
You can see all the most important tops of this chain, in this the highest top of Poland - Rysy ( 2,499 m ), and the highest top of whole Tatra Mountains - Gerlach ( 2,655 m ) situated on Slovak side.

For interested I added workshop with Gerlach mark on green, and Rysy on red.

Miejsce dla mnie sentymentalne. Braliśmy ślub w kaplicy w Wiktorуwkach, a na Rusinowej goście raczyli się żętycą.
Piękne warunki, ale i sprzęt - jak widzę - wypasiony. No i wyszło cudownie.

tak z oddali to ja moge patrzec na snieg, ale blisko niech juz bedzie zielono! bardzo ladna panorama ze milym swiatlocieniem na pierszym planie

That's beautiful, Maciej! - simple, natural - love the fact that you didn't push the saturation of the colors, its naturalness is very relaxing and very convincing: I'm there, stepping on the wild vegetation, breathing the air, enjoying the light :)

Miło na wiosenny pejzaż popatrzeć, tym bardziej, że za oknem u mnie zima w pełni :). Świetnie wykonane i obrobione; przypomina mi malowidło, szczegуlnie jak zerkam na dolną część zdjęcia. Bardzo ładne światło. Podoba mi się!!

Maciej, this is great, your capture of this light was just awesome. Color and detail is awesome but the timing of the light is what makes this so wonderful. Great capture.

Jak zawsze praca mistrzowska. Wspaniaіe wykorzystanie moїliwo¶ci sprzкtowych, ale przede wszystkim ¶wietny warsztat, znakomita intuicja i umiejкtno¶ж postrzegania rzeczy waїnych. Bardzo іadnie podzieloby kadr niemal po przekatnej. W tym podziale ¶wietnie uіoїone plany, a niski POV wyczarowaі wyjatkowy nastrуj miejsca. ¦wiatіo nieco przytіumione, ale przyznaж trzeba, їe pracowaіo tego dnia znakomicie.
To jedna z najlepszyuch prac jakie byіo mi dane ogl±daж w ostatnim miesiacu nie tylko na TE.

Hello Maciej,

This is an inspiring shot. The low angle of the sunlight creates dramatic shadows, with the tall presenting golden hues intermixed with the boulders. In the distance are the pine trees, and finally the cascade of mountains — the Tatra —providing the backdrop. Bravo for this superb image.

I don't know how you catch such a light, but it's really an incredible one ! The point of view is excellent, the depth of field is perfect. I didn't know there were such mountains in Poland, it looks like a wonderful place.
