Golden autumn, a photo from Mazowieckie, East

Photographer's Note

Warsaw has two beautiful Royal Parks - in łazienki and in Wilanуw, and also beautiful park Skaryszewski on the right side of the Vistula, not far from where I live. Usually in autumn, I go there with my camera. But not this year. I do not know if as a very old person it is recommended that I stay home, or if I am not allowed to go anywhere. anyway, I stay at home. So no fresh photos of golden leaves in Warsaw. But no problem my hard disks are full.

Ciao Malgo,I too would like to go and take some photos in my park, but here the situation is tragic, we have 300 infections and the village has less than 8000 inhabitants ... and then basically they are photos that we have already taken, so better stay at home and rummage through the archive, I fully support your thesis. And the photo is wonderful, an auteur autumn that shows this palace in all its beauty with the best colors of this season. Thanks again for the birthday wishes and happy Sunday.Luciano.

I like how you utilized the shore and the tree branches as a natural frame. The lights coming through the leaves create a mesmerizing atmosphere. It is so good I had to fave it!

Pelnia zlotej polskiej jesieni na serii zdjec. Na glownym swietnie wkomponowany w kadr palac z rownie pieknym odbiciem w wodzie... jak ladnie poukladalas liscie nie pierwszym planie ;)

Hello Malgo,
I remember Pałac Łazienkowski and the park.
Here you present it in a splendid golden frame and some beautiful reflections are visible in the pond.
Cute animals in the WS.
If older people can go somewhere without ending up in a large group of other people, I don't think they're taking a risk. If you don't feel very safe with that, stay home until the situation improves. During a lockdown, the number of infections decreases significantly. So the situation will improve.
We are in a second lockdown in Belgium because the measures taken during the first one were relaxed much too quickly. I hope they don't make that mistake a second time. But as soon as the figures improve, the grumbling of many people increases. So I fear they will make the same mistake.

Hello Malgo,
Fantastic autumn shot, where the orange and yellow colours of the leaves were lit so brightly by the sunlight. They surround the classical architecture of the palace so well, while the calm water reflects it very nicely, too.

a beautiful classic building and a great autumn mood with these many golden leaves, even in the green bush, as flowers..here we have had a bad spring, so hot, so dry and not so beautiful.
if you could hear me at this moment you would be able to heard the sound of honks and drums of people celebrating their candidates..this is my town.. and this is the coldest election I saw in my life..

Best to stay safe until a semblance of normality returns. A lovely Autumn shot of this park from 2015. I think you took me here in 2014. Its certainly worth a visit. Nice colour and reflections. I like the carpet of fallen amber leaves in the fg. Tfs!

It's a fine building but even better is the natural golden frame surrounding most of it. It's a very well exposed photo on a day with strong contrasts. In a way both WS are even nicer, but this is the most Trekearthish photo, so you made the right choice.

Hello Malgo,

The lockdown has given time for perusal of archive photographs which has been a boon to us, to see these three fine autumnal shots, stored in your archives!
In the main shot, the warm autumnal colours make a most attractive natural border to this fine, angled shot of the palace. Besides the lovely, natural features, there is also the inclusion of soft reflections!

In your w/s, even the duck and the squirrel are dressed in co-ordinating, autumn colours!

even with the white out sky, it just doesn't matter, the golds and reds surrounding the shot make for a very pretty scene.
