I am the first.. j'aime toujours aime ce rouge des maisons norvйgienne et leur style, cette photo est gйniale par le site en lui mкme, et la composition (mais ca, ca m'йtonne pas) bien йquilibrйe en tout, d'aileur je la mets dans mais favorit.

Beautiful shot. And a very typical utter Lofoten landscape. However, it's not lupins but Chamaenerion augustifolium (in Norwegian: geitrams).

J'adore la lumiиre en Norvиge et comment elle fait ressortir des couleurs des ces maisons si typiques. La nettйtй de ces derniиres est superbe. J'aime aussi le fond des montagnes qui se jettent dans la mer. Je l'aurai prйfйrй sans les 3 fleurs devant car elles enlиvent de la beautй de la mer.

C'est tres beau, que dire de plus ???
De la belle montagne, une mer aux couleurs de lagon polynesien (mais pas la temperature), une belle maison dans ce superbe cadre naturel ou j'apprecie ce style et ces couleurs typiques, et un avant plan fleuri, on peut juste regretter que les leurettes soient legerement hors focus.

on commence а bien les reconnaitre ces jolies maisons rouges des Lofoten.
Les couleurs sont magnifiques, du sol au ciel, un cadrage vraiment parfait accompagnй de cette DOF qui rend floues les fleurs а l'avant plan.
Le reste est bien net.
Joli point de vue ensoleillй, un coin parfaitement choisi pour illustrer cette rйgion.

I visited Lofoten Islands in 1999, and was a great trip! We started from Italy with our car, and we reache this wonderful place. I should scan my photographs but I enjoy a lot looking at yours! What a great landscape, and you evidence both typical flowers and houses.

This is a great shot of this traditional Scandinavian scene. Your composition is nice with the off center placement of the buildings. The flowering plants in the foreground provide a nice border for the scene. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has fine sharpness. The mountains and fjord provides a great backdrop for the shot.

It's described well by mountain range with steep rock, calm blue bay and lovely small houses with red wall. And, purple flower in this side draws out an additional good effect.

Hi Jean,
That little red house must be an amazing place to live, imagine waking up to this view every day :) you really chose a superb composition on this fine photo, the purple flowers slightly out of focus make a strong foreground and a nice frame to this hugely impressive backdrop, in which the combination of sea sky and mountain is just superb. Wonderful photo.

Interessante a quantidade de crнticas dessa foto, uma pena tantas pessoas terem saнdo do TE. A foto ficou excelente, com esse tipo de relevo fazendo um bonito fundo, as flores embaзadas do primeiro plano e a casa (que tambйm traz uma boa cor para a foto) bem posicionada na direita.

I am not surprised at all, this is a brilliant composition with some colorful vegetation in the foreground a lovely wooden house in the centre and the panorama of the mountains next to the sea at the back.
