ÔÎÒÎÃÐÀÔÈÈ

Amsterdam - Eye Filmmuseum.
dopo un diluvio di entita' biblica e giorni di pioggia e vento, finalmente oggi pomeriggio il sole e' riuscito a farsi vedere - be', almeno per qualche ora, tempo sufficiente per fare qualche foto in giro per la citta'.
quello che vedete e' un particolare del museo del cinema che aprira' le porte nel 2012 e che si trova dall'altra parte del canale Ij, che divide Amsterdam da Amsterdam Noord.
e' un edificio dalla forma futuristica e impossibile da non notare, dato il suo colore bianco. purtroppo per me e' ancora chiuso al pubblico ed e' circondato da reti protettive, il che non mi ha permesso di essere granche' creativa nel comporre la foto.

this morning the weather seemed to follow the sad path of the past weeks - beating rain and strong wind, not exactly ideal conditions for taking your camera along. and yet the sun made it through - for a few hours at least, just enough to take some pictures while walking around the city.
what you see here is a detail of the new film museum, which is going to open its doors at the beginning of 2012. it is a building rich in angles and sharp corners, a bit futuristic in its shape and impossible to miss, given its white tile exterior. unfortunately for me it is still closed to the public and surrounded by fences, which didn't allow me to be too creative.
