Photographer's Note

As promised, today I show you a typical dinner with the specialties of Tuscan cuisine.
-Appetizer of local cold cuts and cheeses with croutons with liver cream
-Tagliatelle with butter and truffle
-Wild boar with polenta
-Cantucci (Tuscany's biscuits) and Holy Wine.
Obviously there are also many fish specialties, such as the Livorno soup called "cacciucco", but I preferred to stick with the dishes that are offered in the hinterland, home of vineyards and olive trees.

Come promesso, oggi vi mostro una tipica cena con le specialit della cucina toscana.
-Antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali con crostini con crema di fegatini
-Tagliatelle al burro e tartufo
-Cinghiale con polenta
-Cantucci e Vino Santo.
Ovviamente ci sono anche tante specialit di pesce, come la zuppa livornese chiamata "cacciucco", ma ho preferito restare coi piatti che vengono offerti nell'entroterra patria di vigne e ulivi.
