well done,i like it...but there is little sad in photo, may be because of its title...last year i was in florence and i was shopping like this woman in the rain:) i remembered old days in italy

Well composed with an ample of center posisiton of the man a bit more pavement than darkness. (Could perhaps crop a little on the top.) Good idea to let the shadow come out of the corner... (...of the picture that is) Fine in B&W and the warm tone added is also fine. The best thing however is your idea that made you take it.
