It had just stopped raining and this woman clearly exhausted was probably heading to her home..

Taken yesterday on my way back home..My door is the 4th at the right!

like the composition with the bags carrying man going through the lane in between the buildings...like his reflection on the lane...nice chosen POV with vertical framing...gd colour contrast with nice exposoure controlled...very gd street shot...

Very well captured this composition, which almost looks B / W.
I like the shadow on the wet floor, the lady walking with your purchase on his way home.
The floor gives a nice graphic.

Superb photo work! The light on the wet cobbled street forms a perfect BG for the lady carrying her bags. Her posture suggests that the bags are heavy and your title is very apt. The light management and sharpness are excellent.

Beautiful shot! Composition is very well done that the minor areas do not dominate the main area. Your focusing on the foreground magnifies the importance of the human image. i browsed through your gallery and saw very good works. Architecture has trained your eyes to true compositional proportions. Take it from a fellow architect.

The essence of a good almost B&W picture: light, matter, sense of image reading; I would have removed a part of the top (the white sky is too eye catching).
Nevertheless, an image I would like to be the author!
