Hello Anellise,

Congratulations for the framing without sky, and the choice of Black and White. The stones tend to look like a stormy sky, the result is perfect with a nice contrast.

Overexposured, moving upside steamdust makes a mystery feeling.

You are likely to live on an island where variations of landscapes (colors, textures, atmospheres,…) are so imposing that the photographs have often evil to retranscribe all that. Here, by the means of this photo B&W, you take us along on another planet…
You are really elsewhere!

Great shot! The walkway is well positioned to give a totally symmetrical look, and the steam or mist rising around it is very interesting too, adding a sense of mysticism. Of course the lone man on the walkway is the focal point - giving us a sense of scale and context, as well as making it easy for us to place ourselves there too. Well done!

Anellise, the B&W gives a terrifying view and the texture that it creates looks almost "Modor" like. I guess that they will have to re-film it after your shot. That looks scary indeed. The grain in the upper part of the shot gives an almost nostalgic atmosphere. Good framing of the deck that leads us right to the action.

What for a weird shot! It looks like the result of a special effect. The exhalations of the earth create the impression that the hill in the background is in motion. This lonesome, small human being increases perfectly the dramatic tension of the whole scenery.

J'ai du mal а dйcrire ce que je ressens avec cette photo.
Un chose est sыre IL ne serait pas lа, la photo n'aurait pas le mкme impact.
C'est un peu comme une situation bizarre lors d'un rкve, ou comme si on n'йtait pas sur Terre.
Les effets de perspective et de symйtrie sont excellent.
J'adore cette photo qui fait un peu divaguer mon esprit.

It's not really easy to me to exactly describe what I feel with this photo.
One thing is sure: if HE was not here, the photo will not have the same impact.
It's like a curious situation during a dream, or if we were not on Earth.
Perspective and symmetry effects are excellent.
I like this photo which make my mind travelling.
