Photographer's Note
One of the many churches on Santorini. The bright white exposure makes the blue sky appear in photos more blue than it usually is because it is underexposed. The effect is the same with skin too, making it appear more tanned. This is the reason many magazine advertisements and TV commercials for sunscreen products advertise in the Kyklades. Especially before the skin cancer scare when deep tanning was more popular.
This is from an old negative scan so I had to retouch a few scratches and then use Neat image to remove the noise.

Very simple and beautiful compo and the clear blue sky is a good background for this soft white church. Good work.

Very nice composition, light is got at the perfect moment for the shadow ; nice picture !
Easier in french : très belle composition, classique mais rendue si vivante par la lumière sur le toît qui répond à l'ombre de la partie basse et tout est dans l'intervalle entre ces nuances. Bravo.

Very nice sky, indeed. And the architecture is great, too. I like the lines here and your tight shot. They go well together. Very nicely done.

Very nice photo Niko. I think you must turn the photo a bit to the right. Excellent colors, typical for an pure Aegean island!

Greece's true and famous color in a beautiful image.
I like the point of view which emphasizes that small church
