Hello Costantino,
I don't know what the world raid championship means, but it's not so important. You have here a good photo of what looks like a tough little tractor-car pulling what is probably a very fast boat. They provide an interesting and unusual foreground to this view of the famous church by the water. The man in the bright vest is also a good focal-point to this original photo.

Hello Dear Costantino,

It is unusual to have a boat as one of the main focal features, when it is situated on a street! However, this is a most interesting photograph; the boat, tractor and person in high-viz vest, creating lots of f/g activity, whilst the church makes a beautiful, b/g feature.
It's a full, colourful photograph!

Beautiful composition where the church looks splendid with its two facades from this angle, the vehicle pulling the boat towards the sea is a magnificent bonus to the composition.
