Photographer's Note

So, what about the name of the photo?
It means that: Greece was before everything began (including Europe). Greece are the land of our forefathers in everything (well, for Russia - including faith, alphabet and we are remembering that Third Rome routine, or do we). Greece was there when our kingdoms and princedoms were just a small places in a deep dark forests.
Greece stays there. It's not like it was (it owns a horrible sums of money to everyone) - but it's not something that matters much.

Oh well! here is Chapel of Saint George Pachymachiotis, built in XIV century on a beautiful island of Rhodes. It still stand. Like all else is.

Hi Uhu,
A white Church well presented, god exposure with this strong light, well with the contrast with blue sea and green leaves, this view reminds me a good moment in this village.

Hi Uhu,interesting words about Greece during the history and in this difficult moment,and the pic is a great memory to me,i been there 3 years ago and i remind very well this small church on the staircases of Lindos.Great capture,well exposed and very sharp.Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano
