The Monastery of Halepa is situated in the eastern part of the region of Rethymno, Crete. And friar Porfyrios is the only monk in the sanctuary. Porfyrios is originally coming from Gaza, Palestine and he is indeed the soul and protector of this place. A great place to be in Rethymno and a great God's man to meet.
