Photographer's Note

One of the two beaches surrounding Chora, the capital of Andros Island. The meddling of mid-age houses, Neoclassical and Cycladic buildings, narrow alleys, stone walkways museums and beaches gives to Hora a unique atmosphere. Andros (Hora) is built upon a small peninsula, in the centre of the east coastline of the island, between the two long sandy beaches of Nimporio and Paraporti.

Hi Vasilis,
A beautiful capture, nice low POV adding depth. I like the way you have caught the town in light and shade with the two swans nicely placed in the centre.

Καλησπέρα Βασίλη,
άλλο ένα πανέμορφο ελληνικό Νημποριό, δεν το γνώριζα, αλλά φαίνεται υπέροχο στη φωτογραφία σου. Ωραία και η ακτή για περίπατο δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Οι κύκνοι μοιάζουν να υποδέχονται τον επισκέπτη στην ακτή και στο χωριό τους. Το φως και τα χρώματα έχουν εκπληκτική θερμοκρασία και γλυκύτητα, οι λευκοί τόνοι λάμπουν. Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστώ!
