Hello friends and colleagues, today I present this beautiful composition with an interesting facade of a famous house in the villa of the charming and interesting Bad Wimpfen, I hope you like, then some letters about the city.

Bad Wimpfen is a city in the federal state of Baden-Wьrttemberg, Germany. It is located in the district of Heilbronn, north of the city of Heilbronn, on the banks of the Neckar River.

In Wimpfen the battle of Wimpfen took place on May 6, 1622 during the Thirty Years' War.
This former Free Imperial City was an exclave of the Grand Duchy of Hesse from 1803 to 1945.

Bad Wimpfen is located on the left bank of the Neckar, about 15 kilometers north of Heilbronn. The city has two parts:
Wimpfen im Tal (Wimpfen in the valley), the oldest part, right on the Neckar.
Wimpfen am Berg (Wimpfen on the hill), something more to the west, where the center of the city was since the Middle Ages.

The village Hohenstadt also belongs to the municipality of Bad Wimpfen.

The neighboring municipalities of Bad Wimpfen are, clockwise and starting from the south: Heilbronn, Bad Rappenau, Offenau, Bad Friedrichshall, Untereisesheim and Neckarsulm.

interesting history of this town, too bad we don't have more history about this specific building here, its an amazing piece of architecture. look how the roofline goes over the actual structure on the sides, its as if the building is wearing a hat! hahaha. beautiful! cheers

It's an outstandingly pretty building placed in a very beautiful street. The photo is well balanced and nicely exposed with good colours. It's almost hard to believe that houses like this were built for serious purposes, not just to entertain tourists.

The dark outlines of the half timbered house patterns add a nice graphic element against the lighter toned bg. Good sharpness & the purple flowers add a splash of colour at left. Tfs!

Marvelous picture of the wooden-beams typical house in this region, Angel.

What a charming, little house!
This looks like an illustration from one of my childhood fairy books!
Even the setting, so beautifully captured, has all the features of a story: the narrow cobbled street, the tall, timber-framed house, the surroundings of shrubs and flowers, everything really fits the setting.
You have chosen a perfect viewpoint from which to capture these details.

Hello Angel, this rather unusual building really stands out in the thumbnails, requiring a closer look! Somehow, it looks a little top heavy, certainly a great subject for a photo.

Podemos ver por quй Disney copiу este tipo de edificios, pero de una manera muy artificial, mientras que esto es absolutamente encantador.
Me imagino que la persona que lo construyу no tenнa mucha tierra, asн que lo hizo lo mбs alto posible para ganar espacio (al igual que los rascacielos en la actualidad :-)
Me gusta el contraste entre el edificio en blanco y negro y la casa cubierta de vegetaciуn a la izquierda.
