About the story:

itґs very unusual in our region what we have a snow-covered landscape so soon in winters-time..
i used my free time for a little stroll around my village..

About the picture:

after a little more walk through our neighbour(main-)village Carlsberg (picture see at WS..) iґm now back in Hertlingshausen..
here we have a view above the village towards the Ev. Church..

Hallo Bernd. Hertlingshausen im Winter. Mittlerweile dьrfte die weiЯe Pracht weitgehend wieder verschwunden sein. Fьr Dein Photo hast Du eine schцne Perspektive gefunden. Auf meinenm Monitor wirkt das Photo allerdings etwas zu dunkel. Deswegen habe ich einen kleinen Workshop versucht. Ich hoffe, Du bist damit einverstanden. Viele GrьЯe, Wolfgang.

this is quite a "complicated" composition, but, to my taste, an interesting one because it shows the place as it is - plus it conveys the weather mood :)

Hi Bernd,
it's really very pretty this village with the houses all around the small church and covered by the snow. A warm atmosphere of peace and community that in big town is just a dream. Good sharp and POV.
