Regards from Frankfurt, a photo from Hessen, West

Photographer's Note

Yesterday I had a break in Frankfurt, enough time for sightseeing and a night in the hostel.I planned to make beautiful panorama from the bridge in blue hour, but the weather was rather bad and before blue hour I just went to the hostel:(. Now I am waiting for my Havana flight on the Toronto Airport. I registered my bigger packpack not to go with it in Franfurt, and it got lost. So I have all my equipment but no cloths. I do not worry, I hope they will find it.Luckily I had the address in Havana and I stay there three nights.
The photo chosen at random from Franfurt, this is not the airport but very attractive shopping mall in the center, called Zeil.

I see that it is not the picture I meant to upload.Never mind, I just wanted to send regards.

Hello Malgo,
your "random" picture is very interesting, the architecture is marvellous with all the shapes, patterns and reflections it creates. A lovely glimpse of this important international airpot, which doesn't look so busy here. Congratulations and thank you! I hope your lugguge will join you as soon as possible, that Toronto is not too cold and that the next stage of your trip will be really smooth.

Really bad news. I do hope your luggage will reach you in Havana. I've had the same kind of bad start to a journey several times and it's very inconvenient. Meanwhile this is a nice photo, but I don't recognize this at all. Probably Frankfurt airport has been completely modernized since my last visit.
Let's hope for the best.

You are on the go far more than the next 8-10 members combined. You might not have meant to upload this photo, but it is really attractive, and technically salient — in composition, colors, exposure and resolution. The presence of the person (woman) adds a touch of humanity.

Czesc Malgorzata,
fajnie sie czyta takie swieze wiadomosci z podrozy. Ja jestem zbyt wygodny zeby tak na biezaco wklejac zdjecia ale zasadniczo bardzo mi sie to podoba.
Tez mialem kiedys dluzszy czas na przesiadke we Frankfurcie tak ze wystarczylo czasu na spacer po miescie. Niestety pogoda byla rownie beznadziejna a wiec i ja nie mialem zbyt ciekawych zdjec choc jakies tam jednak wybralem zeby zaznaczyc to miejsce na mapie :)
Przykro mi ze zginal Ci plecak. Oczywiscie ze bez ubrania sie obejdzie gorzej gdyby zginal aparat. No bedziesz musiala na Kubie szukac glownie plaz dla nudystow wtedy nie bedziesz potrzebowala tylu ubran na zmiane :)
Mam nadzieje ze plecak odnajdzie sie na czas.
Bardzo fajna nowoczesna architektura. Interesujaca geometria.

Zycze radosnej dalszej czesci podrozy i teraz juz samych dobrych przygod!

Hi Malgo,If you went to the moon, perhaps you'd already arrived .... a ride stressful flights between airports and that I would not have endured, but you are great and you still have the physical! The pic is beautiful,reminds a bit Expo..ehehe...but it's typical of airports,i seen a bad sea on La Habana on TV,maybe you will have the great opportunity to take the spectacle on the Malecon and the waves like me! I just love to share your expeditions, Malgo!
You manage to find the opportunity for a photograph, like this, whilst you are waiting for a flight connection!!!

This is probably even better than a blue hour shot!
This absolutely grabs attention, even as a thumbnail!
For me, you have composed it perfectly with high impact and then a gradual leading inwards, leavin time to absorb all the surrounding details.

Losing one's luggage is unfortunately one of the peril's of air transport. Usually, they turn up a few day's later. Interesting graphical composition from Frankfurt with pleasing lights and strong geometric lines. I like the presence of the silhouetted person in the foreground, who makes an interesting contrast with the illuminated billboard. I trust the rest of your trip will go smoothly.

Quite special roof structure utilizing modern building technology. Round forms give a welcoming feeling, even if you are not really enthusiastic about shopping malls.
