Hello Philippe,
Some minor adjustments of the light might have been possible to reveal more details of the ground, but the fact remains that this photo is all about the sky. The dark clouds have remarkable shapes and textures. It's like looking up at a huge abstract painting. A strange and impressive sight.

A threatening situation and looming shower it seems but looks appealing in all dimensions. A spring shower brings a pleasant surprise to the eyes, and that's a classic observation. A beautifully dramatic sky! I like it a lot especially when seeing the 'smiles' to counterpoint the foreground. Your processing is first rate, Congrats

I love the dramatic sky in this shot. Like Gert, I am thinking that some more light in the fg field would have balanced the shot more. Looks like a portal to another dimension! Tfs!

Bonjour Philippe,

This is so different from the sunset shots that we all love to see and capture. This is very much about the sky looking ominous, almost threatening as its effects spread, like a huge spider web.
I might have been tempted to crop just a little more of the ground to prove that the emphasis is firmly on the sky.

L'йtendue du champ donne de la profondeur а la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les dйtails des nuages. Mкme s'il pleut, le spectacle des nuages est spectaculaire. Bonne journйe.

Summer rain but you managed a fairly lit photo, Philippe.
Soom to be darkness falling, and used well the trees silhouettes from a frame over the field.

beautiful impression, the sun is partially hiding behind the clouds. The clouds got very well emphasized here while the sun slightly weakened to achieve a great balance.
