A view taken in the village of Mornac on a small road that winds between colorful fishing huts and canals. With the presence of these people and each going in an opposite direction, it gave originality to the photo.

Yes, this is like a narrative unfolding before our eyes. The colourful cottage becomes the stage, where this disagreement is being enacted!

Les piйtons et la cycliste sont bien placйs sur la photo.
Sympa en effet qu'ils se dйplacent dans des directions opposйes.
Mais la raison pour laquelle la photo me fait plaisir est la belle couleur bleue-verte du mur.

You are right, symmetry is strong element on this shot. And the fact that they go to different directions makes this kind of funny. Bright painted wall is quite efficient background.

At first, the bright turquoise colour of the barn stands out. In itself a great photo for a successful TE post. The walkers and cyclist moving in opposite direction and located exactly in the right place makes the photo one of my favourites.

Jean, the vivid green hue of the wall forms a nice background. The characters are walking and cycling in opposite directions. The picture gives a glimpse of the atmosphere in this village. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

Hello Jean,
It's very quick thinking 'snap-shot' photo. Kind of witty sum up as the title mentioned. I've never seen such a colorful hut in France, it's like you're in the Caribbean. Surely it's not abandoned as I've seen so many abandoned things in TE.
I give 9.9 out of 10....I being picky here. It would be a 10 if these people were doing the same thing - like both people with a bike cycling opposite directions.
Anyway, very well seen shot.

When I saw your picture I thought it was taken in South Africa where they like to paint houses in strong colors. Great title for the picture and also great background on which the people are placed.
