Photographer's Note

Another photo from my recent trip to Paris. This photo was taken at Charles de Gaulle airport. I was attracted to the repetitive row of windows and the architecture in general. I dont`t think there was any glass in these windows.

Detta дr en vдldigt intressant bild. Du har komponerat den sе att jag knappt vet еt vilket hеll jag ser - uppеt, еt sidan eller rentav nedеt. CDG дr kanske en av Europas sдmsta storflygplatser, men alldeles tydligt gеr det att ta bra, nдstan abstrakta, bilder om man har цgonen med sig. Detta дr vдldigt snyggt gjort.

Et meget godt billede af tunnelen pе lufthavnen. Den ser ganske futuristisk ud og jeg kan godt lide de mange hvide firkanter, der danner et stжrkt mшnster. Meget godt fanget i den vertikale komposition.

great post. Its actually better viewed in the smaller version, when we don't have to move the screen up and down to view all of it. That way we can appreciate the full visual effect, and its awesome. a feast for the senses, its a delightful change of pace from what we usually see on TE. excellent work here

This is a very strong, powerful image.
The repeating lines and curves draw us in like the markings on a dartboard!
Though the feature is not really recognisable, it doesn't really matter, for you have cropped and composed the shape with infinite skill!

Hello Erling, I spent many hours at this airport some years ago. I do not like Air France so now I choose other airlines. Very attractive composition.

An impressive, but also somewhat confusing photo, because at first I couldn't see whether you had made this photo horizontally or vertically. That makes this photo extra attractive for me.

What an engaging dynamic composition, immense depth and perspective in this works best in mono imho and very nicely composed from this angle. Interesting urban architecture crammed packed with strong repetitive lines, shapes and patterns combination. It sits very well on the eye under natural daylight and crispy sharp within a well crafted shot. Mind blowing stuff!!!

Hello Erling, thanks for your reply. Roissy Charles de Gaulle is the busiest airport in France. I like it very much, it's my favorite airport, to come here is always synonym of great holidays for me. The repetition of the windows here gives a plesant visual effect. Good pov showing the airport architecture. Amitiйs
